Nihad obtained her practical experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, and international business in publicly and privately held companies including Fortune 500 companies in Africa, Europe, Australia, and North America. 

Nihad brings 15 years of hands on experience delivering strategic services, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations, corporate diagnosis, finance business process improvement, lean initiatives, capacity assessment, and business transformation. 

Nihad gained her experience within the oil and gas industry with global and multi-division organizations such as British Petroleum and Schlumberger Ltd. Such experience has enabled her to achieve additional value for our clients in the areas of operational risk mitigation, control efficiency and process improvement.

Nihad has successfully assisted global organizations with ERP implementations and remediation plans design, implementation, and monitoring, including articulating findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and audit committees.

Bev is a recognized sales leader with over 25 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning software solutions providing technical, consulting and sales leadership to technology providers and customers across Canada.

With 25 years of sales, industry and ERP experience, Bev has dedicated the majority of her career to sales leadership positions for various global companies including Infor, SAP and NetSuite. 

In Bev’s current role as Regional Sales Manager, she is responsible for growing the manufacturing and distribution customer base in the Ontario and Manitoba markets. Bev’s broad experience in both ERP and tier one software allows her to develop complex business solutions for SYSPRO customers.

Previous to SYSPRO, Bev was instrumental in building international and domestic sales of ERP solutions by working with Fortune 500 companies, mid-market and large enterprises with revenues exceeding $1 billion in sales. During her tenure at Infor (formerly Systems Union), Bev was instrumental in growing the North American Insurance vertical to $6.3M in new business and $500K annually. 

A born sales leader, Bev draws from her fascination with ERP to help build trusted relationships with prospects and clients. Bev’s intuitive nature and her ability to strategically identify opportunities and align the necessary resources, allows her to excel at building solutions for even the most complex business challenge. As a result, Bev’s career accolades include continuous target overachievement, placing her as a top performer in complex, multi-site solutions.
